All students are provided their own private room with shared or private bathroom. During your stay you have the privacy of your own space, but the opportunity to interact with your family on a daily basis. Students find this experience very pleasant because they get to improve their English, but also have the comfort of their American family members around them. This encourages improving their English dramatically and rapidly.

For native English speakers, you will engage in cultural exchange with your American host families and friends of the family. You have the options to attend our teaching (ESL) English as a Second Language program, or just take in the opportunity to experience what Orange County/Los Angeles area has to offer. What does it have to offer? Do you like beautiful beaches, sunny days, loads of shopping, themes parks, Hollywood, exciting night life, and lots more!

American Homestay International visits each family before they are approved with our Host family program. We screen each family and study the living environment in each home. We match all students according to their needs and personality to the appropriate family. Each Student needs and safety are very important to us. We are here to make sure everyone’s experiences are pleasant.

We offer counselors for both students and families. Should there be any outside assistant for any various reasons we have staff members who are here to help. All you need to do is contact us.

If you are interested in improving your English, you can attend any of our ESL classes at our AOI College of Language campuses. The duration of stay is very flexible. Although we do recommend a stay for at least two weeks, we understand and accommodate different lengths of stay for each student.
